If you have the Sonos Move or the Sonos Roam - you don't need to do anything as they have Automatic Trueplay tuning. It's also worth noting this feature will only work on iOS devices so you'll need to grab yourself an iOS device to perform Trueplay. Make sure you tune all the speakers in your system and retune them if you move them. To make sure you get the best sound out of each speaker in your Sonos system, head to the Settings tab in the bottom right of the app > System > Select Room > Trueplay > Trueplay tuning > Follow the instructions.
